One instance per client
The platform runs on a dedicated instance per client, with its own database, its own keys, and its own configuration. One client’s data is never shared with another.
Physician outreach: disabled in the client’s instance
The physician outreach module is disabled in each client’s instance. Its status is declared in the evidence export the instance issues, so the client can verify it at every cutoff.
The referring physicians channel is a Chain Reaction program
The referring physicians channel is Chain Reaction’s own program, governed by a separate agreement with each client and at no additional cost to the client. Every contact with a professional includes the channel’s privacy notice and an immediate opt-out. The current notice is at chainreactionapps.com/en/privacidad-referidores.
Quarterly report to the client
The client receives an aggregated quarterly summary of the channel activity that concerns them.
